APW - Hamilton, Grade 993, 21J, 16S, 14K gold original Keystone HC, gold cuvette with presentation, fancy white enamel SS impressed dial with telephone style gold numerals within teal and gold foil numeral surrounds, gold and blue foil outer chapter marks, and blue signature, SW-LS, fully capped lever escapement, nickel damascene, s#872148. Gross weight of assembled watch 69.3 dwt (107.9 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, excellent-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, bright lustrous plates with few fine to micro-fine scratches, fine scratches to larger winding wheel perimeter, very minor oxide to steelwork; dial with light hl above seconds-register; excellent hour hand and minute hand with very minor oxide, fair seconds-hand with oxide has been partially painted black; case shows very light wear, cuvette with fine scratches extending toward center and some marring at lip from slipped and rough past openings, no dents or dings, somewhat reduced engine turning and engraving detail, opened cuvette falls closed freely with gravity; tight bow, crown shows little wear; good glass crystal.
